Sub : Terms & Conditions for Employer Registration.

Respected Sir / Madam,

    “Placing right people to right place” is one of the difficult task which organizations are faces currently. According to the latest survey conducted by IMC ( Indian Management Council ) New Delhi, Organization are not getting 37% of employees according to their requirement . “Right person for right post is important factor for any concern and our aim “ Always give people more than they expect to get”.

    We are introducing ourselves as a first and only one Beauty Management Consultancy in India and Mumbai. We are specialized in providing manpower (candidates) for beauty industry. Such as Hair Stylist (Hair Dressers), Beauty Consultant (Beautician), Cosmologist, Nail Technicians, Aroma Therapist, Spa Therapist, Receptionist, Front Desk Executives, Salon Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales, Marketing Executives (for product marketing) in 5- Star Hotels, Clinics, Cruise, Spa, Salons, Multinationals. We are having an excellent database of the same.

    Our vision is “To provide Cost-effective, Time-effective and quality assistance to our clients for that we have a competitive fees structure that would definitely fit in your yearly budget.

Following are the Terms & conditions for employer registration.

a. Employer Registration which is valid for One year is Rupees Ten Thousand Only (Rs.10,000/- Only).

b. Employer Registration which is valid for Two years is Rupees Eighteen Thousand Only (Rs.18, 000/- Only).

c. Employer Registration which is valid for Three years is Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only (Rs. 25, 000/- Only).

d. Employer Registration which is valid for Life Time is Fifty Thousand Only (Rs. 50,000/- Only).

1. The Above-mentioned amount is registrations amount. 18% additional amount for GST.

2. We will provide maximum number of candidates as per Employers detail in this period, without taking any service charges in future.

3. The Candidates should be always sent as per your requirement, salary, experience & budget.

4. We will send candidates only after getting registration amount in Cash or after Cheque given by you in the name of “PLUS PLACEMENT SERVICES” Cleared.

5. Kindly note that our job is just to send candidates as per your requirement selection, salary matter is fully depending on company and candidate. We are not responsible in any internal matters of companies.

6. Kindly note that Plus Placement Services does not take responsibility of any activity of the candidates during Pre or Post employment. Employer will not hold us responsible for any deeds or misdeeds of employee. It is totally responsibility and discretion of employer to appoint or remove the candidate at their will.

7. The Employer should inform about selection of candidates.

8. For Any Enquires call between 10.00 a.m to 7.00 p.m.

9. The Registration amount is neither refundable nor cancelled.

10. The companies are bound to accept this agreement.
